DESCRIPTION
Safe Space NOVA, Inc. is a 501(c3) nonprofit that provides positive programming for LGBTQ+ youth. Our programs include social activities, social support groups and an inclusive sex education program. The target audience is LGBTQ+ young adults (ages 14 to 18).

Answer: Some are required to have LGBTQ-specific training, but not all.

Answer: We have year-round shows of support that are specifically affirming or positive for the LGBTQ+ community.

Answer: Safe Space NOVA, Inc. is dedicated to providing a safe, accepting, and supportive environment to combat bullying, stigmas and other challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youth.

Answer: The Operations Team is 90% LGBTQ+. To that point we bring our authentic real life experience into the work we do at Safe Space NOVA, Inc.

Answer: We provide trainings on what affirmation of LGBTQ+ youth looks like and how to incorporate into every day life and business.

Answer: We ensure all individuals who work with the youth have been properly vetted from a background standpoint.
