Answer: Our staff and space are generally friendly, non-hostile, and open to all people, but nothing LGBTQ+ specific.

Answer: Loudoun Therapeutic Riding is a non-profit therapeutic horseback riding center that embraces the power of equine-assisted services to promote well-being and community inclusion for people with physical, cognitive, and mental health challenges.
Question: Do you have any LGBTQ+ board members? Include any information, if possible, about how they represent LGBTQ+ issues in your organization.
Answer: We have a volunteer student instructor with us 2 days a week. He advocates for the LGBTQ+ community, is a member of Equality Loudoun and wants to get more people/organizations that are LGBTQ+ involved in our center through unmounted and mounted activities. He has ideas for more folks to find us and plans to help us start groups specific to the LGBTQ+ community to come out for therapeutic services.
Question: Do you supply any training materials to individuals in your organization, or outside of your organization? If so, what do those materials entail?
Answer: Nothing currently.
Question: How do you make your organization a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ people to be?
Answer: Our center values love, trust, and respect for all who participate with us. We promote community inclusion with the partnership of the non-judgmental horse and scenic nature-based setting to help change lives through the healing power of horses.
Question: In your fundraising activities, do you solicit funds from non-affirming organizations? If so, which organizations?
