DESCRIPTION

Founded and run by Hannah Wing-Bonica, Airfoil Storytellers helps arts organizations, businesses, and creatives tell their stories through the creation and implementation of marketing strategies.

Answer: Not applicable.


Question: What are your policies on LGBTQ+ trainings?

Answer: 0%


Question: How often do you require or recommend LGBTQ+ inclusive training?

Answer: My business is just me so, I would like to have myself trained regularly.


Question: Which best describes your current policies and procedures for your LGBTQ+ staff?

Answer: My business is just me, but I work with clients who identify as LGBTQ+. I don't have any other staff than myself.


Question: Which best describes your current policies and procedures for your LGBTQ+ clients?

Answer: We do not have LGBTQ-specific references in our policies and procedures.


Question: How do you create a positive space for the LGBTQ+ community?

Answer: I am an ally of LGBTQ+ and want my business to openly support creating a positive space for the LGBTQ+ community.

Question: Which queer organizations have you worked with, donated to, or supported- now or in the past?

Answer: Personally, I have donated to Lamba Legal and the Human Rights Campaign.


Question: How do you promote diverse employment among qualified job applicants?

Answer: My business is just me, but if I decided to hire employees, I would seek out to have a diverse staff.


Question: How do you try to create a queer-inclusive business space?

Answer: I support my clients who identify as part of the queer community. I learn their pronouns and create a safe space for them.


Question: What are examples of your queer-inclusive policies? (Do you have all-gender restrooms? Do you have a trans-inclusive policy for your facilities? Do you allow customers and/or employees to change their information easily and confidentially?)

Answer: I do not have a physical location. Yes, if one of my customers need to change their information with me, I would allow them to do so easily and confidentially.
