Question: How do you make sure you are employing a diverse group of people that are qualified for the job?

Question: What are you doing to make your business a safe space in the community for LGBTQ+ people?

Answer: Glass Door Salon has never had a gender-specific menu (nor an age specific menu). You won't see one price for a "man's cut" and another price for a "woman's cut." We do not have a gender specific bathroom. We naturally adjust our vocabulary when we're notified of an individual's preference. Honestly, are brains are just focused on the hair on your head and getting you to feel like yourself again!

Question: Do you provide all-gendered/non-gendered/unisex restrooms or have a trans-inclusive bathroom policy at your place of business?

Answer: Yes, that is provided.
