Our team is committed to amplifying the voices of the working class and furthering the fight for a more affordable Virginia.

Answer: We don't have any queer-specific training materials.
Question: How do you make your organization a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ people to be?
Answer: By ensuring that we are always inclusive and affirming of people from all walks of life, by including pronouns in all staff bios/email signatures/internal channels, supporting LGBTQ+ advocacy in our communities and tabling at Pride events statewide, and by providing all employees with a comprehensive healthcare package and unlimited sick/mental health days.
