Question: How do you try to create a queer-inclusive business space?
Answer: I have a personal statement in my About page detailing diversity, inclusion, and giving back to the community! And I want to be as queer-inclusive as possible so would love feedback on how to do this better too.
Question: What are examples of your queer-inclusive policies? (Do you have all-gender restrooms? Do you have a trans-inclusive policy for your facilities? Do you allow customers and/or employees to change their information easily and confidentially?)
Answer: I don't have a studio or facility of any kind. And I've always allowed clients the option to opt out of model releases and/or sign more limited use model releases, that allow me to use only photos they're comfortable with me using. This is an across the board policy, for all of my clients.
